The lobster meat was juicy and fresh, excellently prepared. We were told all their Fresh Maine Lobster was average 3lbs in size, but unlike other restaurant where 2/3 of the weight is the head, this one had a large pairs of claws and so much tail meat that the 3 of us had to stuff them down. When I first looked at the salad I thought they forgot to put the dressing on it, but when I tasted it, it was covered with honey mustard flavor, yet so light it was refreshing. We also had a salad with honey mustard dressing. We ended up ordering French Onion soup, and that's the BEST I've had so far, as we can taste the beef stock in the light soup, not too salty like many fancy restaurants makes them. He mentioned all their steaks were aged and ingredients are fresh. While we were looking over the menu, the head chef Thomas stopped by the table to say hello and explained everything and made recommendations for us. The atmosphere looks classy and sophiscated, we knew the price is not going to be cheap, but the alluring fragrance of grilled steaks in the air just does not allow you to turn around to leave. So we decided to go to the steak and seafood house next door. We arrived around 7pm on Saturday, but the line was 1.5hrs wait and we were hungry. Our friend told us their buffet is the best around LA area, which we agree as the price was good for the selection of seafood and freshly grilled steaks. We live about 1.5hr drive from the Pala Casino in California.
